They say ‘don’t judge a book by its cover.

Although that sounds nice in theory, in the real world, almost EVERYONE judges a book by its cover.

They also say ‘first impressions count’.

This is, in fact, true, but they left out the rest of the equation: ALL IMPRESSIONS COUNT!

If you want to make a good impression, you better take care of your presentation.

Whether it is a job interview, a date, a business meeting or simply walking to the store, you should always be well presented.

Your appearance and your physical presentation is your walking business card. Either you advertise yourself as a success or as a failure.

If you are walking around dressed like a bum, people will think of you like a bum. In fact, they will also treat you like a bum. Some people may even offer you some change.

But if you want to radiate success and power, you must have the self-respect to take care of the way you present.

Judge Books by Their Covers!

Dress the part and you will become the part. Build the body of superman and you will feel like superman. Walk-in a confident manner and you will feel confident.

This isn’t a beauty contest. It is about making the most of what you got. It is about MAXIMISING what you have. Perfect what you can perfect, but if you can’t change it don’t let it get you down.

Steps to Maximise your PRESENTATION:

Get Tanned

Tanned skin looks better than pale skin. This is a simple fact.

Getting a tan is very easy. You have 2 options:

A. Sunbathe- if you are in a hot climate then you can spend a lot of time out in the sun.

B. Tanning Bed- Go to the tanning salon and spend 10+ minutes per week and you will soon have golden skin. 

Whiten Your Teeth

Yellow teeth look ugly. Having a million-dollar white smile will radiate charm and increase your confidence.

In order to whiten your teeth, you have a couple of options:

A. Professional Dental Whitening- Simply go to the dentist and pay the fee to get your teeth cleaned and whitened. This can be quite expensive, however, if you have the means, go ahead. 

B. Home Whitening- A very cheap and highly effective method of teeth whitening involves simply brushing your teeth with Baking Soda mixed with Hydrogen Peroxide. Repeat this 2-3 times per week.

Get a Chiselled Jaw

A strong jaw and chiselled jawline make all the difference when it comes to facial aesthetics.

There are a couple of things you can do in order to improve your facial structure:

A. Practise good tongue and teeth posture- This is known as orthotropics. Our faces develop based on our mouth posture.

This is the reason mouth breathers and those who keep their mouth open all the time develop a weak jaw/chin.

It is important to keep your tongue on the roof of your mouth, keep your teeth together and breath through your nose. Over time, your jaw will develop in a more natural and attractive way.

You could be a good looking guy, but if you are skinny, fat or skinny fat, you are not the best that you could be. Get to the gym to build an aesthetic, muscular physique and you will experience greater confidence and develop a more demanding presence.

Being in good physical shape is essential if you wish to be seen as ‘attractive’. Make lifting weights and physical conditioning a part of your weekly routine. Being healthy in fit will automatically lead to clearer skin, brighter eyes and a more powerful aura. 

Wear Form Fitting Clothing

It is important to wear clothes that enhance your body shape. Wearing clothes that are either too baggy or too tight looks silly. Ideally, get your clothes tailored to fit your body properly.

Wearing a tailored suit will instantly make you seem more important. As a result, people will treat you better. 

Develop a personal style that enhances the way you look and feel. Dress for the occasion and always dress better than the rest. Polished shoes and boots, tailored dress shirts, clean t-shirts, well-fitting dark denim jeans, leather jackets, tailored suits, sunglasses and swiss watches should be a part of your wardrobe.

Practice Proper Posture

Stop slouching. Stand up straight and walk with your head up and your chest out. Stop looking down at your phone all the time, as this is killing your posture and your neck.

The way you carry your body has a tremendous impact on your state of mind. Standing with your hands on your hips, your chest out and head up has been proven to increase your testosterone levels. Whereas hunching over and looking down makes you feel insecure and lacking self-confidence.


Always judge a book by its cover and always look your best.

When you are alone at home, this does not apply so much.

But when you are out and about, always be ready to kill with style.

Build the body, whiten your teeth, get a tan, avoid junk foods, stand up straight, dress well and become smooth like James Bond.
